Hinesh Shah is a seasoned sales executive with over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performance teams, and leading strategic market expansion in the Semiconductor sector. A creative and data-driven leader, Hinesh has a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and helped scale sales organizations to deliver sustained profitability and market leadership. 

Prior to joining Omni Design Technologies, Hinesh has held leadership positions at Astera Labs, amsOSRAM, Maxim Integrated, SiTime, and Avago Technologies (now Broadcom).  He has successfully grown revenue strategically across a broad range of semiconductor solutions.  He strategically integrates his expertise in product marketing, product management, and business development to successfully bring products to market from concept to high-volume production. 

Hinesh earned a B.S. In Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.  Outside of work, Hinesh enjoys traveling with his family and playing sports.
