Personal Information We Collect
"Personal information" refers to identifiable information about an individual, as defined by applicable privacy laws. This generally doesn't include business contact information used solely for work-related communications, such as your name, title, work address, phone number, fax number, or email address.
We may collect, use, and disclose different types of personal information depending on our relationship with you. Generally, we collect the following:
Contact Information: If you express interest in our products or services, like by filling out our "Contact Us" form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.
Newsletter Preferences: If you sign up for our newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, and information about your preferences for receiving it.
Usage Data: When you use and interact with our website or emails, we automatically collect information about your device and usage through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies (see "Our Use of Cookies" section below).
Account Registration Information: If you register for an account to access our product documentation, we collect your first and last name, business email address, company name, and your city, state or province and country. We also process the credentials used to access your account.
Information from public and third-party sources: We may obtain business contact information about you from publicly available sources and from third-party business data providers, in order to identify and contact potential customers.
Anonymized Data: We may also create, use, and share anonymized data for any purpose. Anonymized data isn't considered personal information because it cannot identify you.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We generally use your personal information for these purposes:
Responding to your inquiries and requests.
Improving your experience on our website or other technology applications.
Sending you marketing information, including newsletters and updates about our products and services.
Managing our business and customer arrangements, including detecting and preventing errors and fraud.
Conducting analytics and monitoring usage trends to improve our services and website performance.
For other purposes you consent to, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Creating and administering your account, authenticating you, and providing access to product documentation and datasheets.
How We Share Your Personal Information
We typically inform you who we will share your personal information with, and for what purposes, at the time of collection, and where consent is required we obtain it.
We may disclose your information when legally required or permitted. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information to a third party during significant business transactions like mergers or reorganizations.
We may also use service providers to perform various services on our behalf, such as technical support, marketing and communications, analytics, and data storage and processing. We require our service providers to use personal information only for the purposes for which it was provided to them.
Your Consent
We may collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent. How we obtain your consent (express or implied) depends on the circumstances and the sensitivity of the information. Generally, we seek your consent orally, electronically, or in writing at the time we collect your personal information.
To withdraw your consent for our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information, please contact us using the information below. We will accommodate your request, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawing your consent may mean we can no longer provide you with certain products or services.
In certain situations, we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information without your consent, as permitted or required by law
Our Use of Cookies
A "cookie" is a small text file containing information stored on your computer. We generally use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to automatically collect information about your website usage and email interactions. This may include your IP address (or proxy server), device and application IDs, location, browser type, internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, pages and files viewed, searches, operating system and system configuration, and date/time stamps.
We use this information to facilitate your website use, for business or analytical purposes (including assessing website traffic and tracking search criteria), and to personalize web pages based on your choices and interests.
We do not use cookies for interest-based or behavioural advertising, and we do not operate advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this website.
If you prefer not to accept cookies, you can adjust your web browser settings to automatically deny cookie storage or be informed each time a website requests to store a cookie. You can also delete previously stored cookies through your browser. Please refer to your web browser's help pages for more information. Note that some areas or features of our website rely on cookies and may not function if you delete or decline them.
Third-Party Analytics
We use basic site analytics provided by our website hosting platform to understand aggregate usage of our website. These analytics do not identify you individually and are used in accordance with your cookie preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking tools
Opting Out of Marketing Communications
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. You can also opt out by contacting us directly using the contact information below.
Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still need to send you communications about your use of our products or services, or other important matters.
We also send account-related messages, such as login credentials and password resets, in response to actions you take. These are service communications rather than marketing, and are not subject to marketing opt-out.
Retention, Storage, and International Transfer of Personal Information
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business relationship, and for longer where required or permitted by law — for example for record-keeping, tax, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you directly or indirectly, may be stored indefinitely. Where you hold a registered account, we retain your account information for as long as that account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
We may use service providers located outside of the United States to help us store or otherwise process your personal information. These service providers may be subject to local laws that differ from US privacy laws and may require disclosure to authorities in that country. For more information about our policies and practices regarding service providers outside of the United States, please contact us using the information below.
Information Security
We have implemented physical, organizational, contractual, and technological security measures to protect your personal information from loss or theft, unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will always be effective. A breach of security safeguards can lead to risks like phishing and identity theft. We will address such breaches as required by law.
If you believe your personal information is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the information below.
Accessing and Updating Your Personal Information
We expect you to provide us with updates to your personal information when necessary. We will not routinely update your personal information unless it's essential.
You may request to review any personal information about you that we have collected, used, or disclosed, along with information about those uses and disclosures. We will provide such information to the extent required by applicable laws.
You may also challenge the accuracy or completeness of your personal information in our records. If you demonstrate that your personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous, we will amend or delete it as required. We may transmit the amended information to third parties to whom we have disclosed your personal information.
We may require sufficient identification to fulfill your request to access or correct your personal information. We will not charge you any fees to access your personal information without first providing you with an estimate of any approximate fees.
If we are processing your personal information on behalf of our customer, we may refer your access or correction request to that customer.
Your Rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to the active processing of your data, ask us to share (port) your personal information to another entity, withdraw any consent you provided to us to process your data, a right to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be relevant under applicable laws. To exercise these rights, you can write to us at info@omnidesigntech.com. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
Do note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the required personal information, or withdraw your consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.

For your convenience and information, we may provide links to third-party websites. We may also offer opportunities to purchase, subscribe to, or use other products or services from third parties with different privacy practices. These other websites, products, or services are governed by the privacy statements and policies of the respective third party. This Privacy Statement does not cover any websites, products, or services provided by third parties. We do not take responsibility for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review all third-party privacy statements before using their websites, products, or services.
