During his consulting days he advised on various corporate laws like Companies Act, Exchange Control Regulations (FEMA) and SEBI Regulations in India. In his previous roles he has assisted various Companies in carrying out legal Due Diligence during various funding rounds and has played a key role for closing take overs and acquisition of Companies established in India.
He is a seasoned professional in drafting and designing various policies and MIS for entities established in India. He has led the establishment of a compliance management and contract management systems and has mustered a key role in governance and administration of Companies established in India. Kartheek CN holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, is a qualified Company Secretary from ICSI and is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law.
