Ultra-Low Power Temperature and Voltage Monitor

  • Temperature sensor core with embedded high resolution analog-to-digital converter
  • Ultra-low energy consumption​
  • ±1C temperature accuracy from -40C to 125C after single temperature trim
  • 0.045C temperature resolution
  • Optional embedded voltage monitor supports both single-ended and differential rail-to-rail inputs, with input mux

  • Very low supply current

  • Single-supply operation down to 1V
